hey ramya, its very simple…say if u can run 100mts at a speed of 7km/hr, u have good CR , similarly as for muscle endurance , u tend to follow something called as progressive overload- means u keep adding some resisitance till in a set of 8 reps, it becomes difficult for u to do the last 2..so that ur muscle memory remembers the last weight u have taken for ur nxt workout…!
